
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has issued a stern warning to Iran, asking it to stay away from what it described as misguided calculations.
Saudi Arabia’s Defense Minister, Khalid bin Salman Al Saud, issued the warning after a meeting with Pakistan’s Army Chief, Syed Asim Munir.
“Stay away from misguided calculations,” he told Iran.
Al Saud expressed the optimism that Iran would act with wisdom and reason and avoid misguided calculations.
DAILY POST recalls that tension began last Saturday when the United States and its ally, Israel launched an attack on Iran resulting in the death of its Supreme Leader and other notable top government officials.
The onslaught escalated with the US sinking an Iranian Navy ship and Israel bombing the building of a body tasked with electing Iran’s new supreme leader.
