A heartbreaking social media video captures the emotional moment rescue workers heard a trapped woman crying for help beneath the rubble of a collapsed three-storey building in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The building, which was still under construction, caved in on Wednesday afternoon, trapping construction workers and occupants inside.
