APC Chieftain, Joe Igbokwe, says there seem to be a high level of moral decadence in the South East.  In a post shared on Facebook, Igbokwe said the South East is currently raising monsters without noticing. According to him, the young South Easterners have no home training, no cultural competence or brian.
