Arsenal’s Raya names best goalkeeper in the world

Arsenal goalkeeper, David Raya has named who he feels is the best goalkeeper in the world at the moment.

Raya has developed into one of the best goalkeepers in the Premier League since joining Arsenal.

The Spaniard has been tipped by many as the best goalkeeper in the world right now.

However, when asked to name the best shot-stopper in the world, Raya picked Real Madrid’s Thibaut Courtois.

“Right now? That’s a tough question,” Raya told reporters (via Metro UK) when asked who he views as the best goalkeeper in the world.

“I would say, for me, it’s Thibaut Courtois. Obviously he’s been injured but I would still pick him.”

Courtois won two Premier League titles during his time at Chelsea.

The Belgian has won several trophies including the Champions League and the LaLiga with Real Madrid.
