A group of seven (7) countries who came together in a bid to strengthen aviation safety and regulations under the auspices of the Banjul Accord Group (BAG) is proposing the Introduction of a one (1) United States dollar Passenger Safety Charge (PSC) on international commercial departing flights as a means of funding the secretariat.
