Court fixes date for ex-Acting AGF’s N1.96bn fraud trial

Justice James Omotosho of the Federal High Court, Maitama, gave the date after Nnabuoku was arraigned on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC on an amended nine-count charge, bordering on criminal conspiracy and money laundering. Nnaboku and after his co-defendant, Felix Nweke opted for a plea bargain in court.
