Edo election: Police Commissioner denies ties with Wike

The Edo chapter of PDP had recently requested the replacement of Iwo ahead of next Saturday, 21 September, 2024 governorship election of the state over his alleged link to the FCT Minister. But in a statement on Monday, the command’s Public Relations Officer, Moses Yamu, quoted Iwo as describing the claim by the PDP as “baseless” and “mischievous”.
