Former Bayern Munich midfielder, Owen Hargreaves, has claimed that Arsenal would need to sign three or four experienced players if they want to challenge Liverpool for the Premier League title.
Liverpool are in control of the Premier league table with 42 points in 17 matches.
The Reds are seven points clear of second-placed Chelsea with a game in hand.
Liverpool beat Leicester City 3-1 while Chelsea suffered a 2-1 defeat against Fulham 2-1.
Hargreaves, a former Manchester United midfielder, pointed out that Liverpool a more balanced team as compared to Arsenal or Chelsea.
Hargreaves also suggested that Arsenal sign three or four experienced players to anchor the team.
Owen Hargreaves said on Premier League Productions, “The biggest thing for me is the reason Arsenal or Chelsea won’t win it, they don’t have any experience like Liverpool.
Alisson, (Virgil) van Dijk, Trent (Alexander-Arnold), Andy (Robertson), (Mohamed) Salah, you’ve got five guys who have been there and done it for years.
“Arsenal, I’m amazed they haven’t addressed that, they’re this close but they need three or four of those guys in their team.
“If they get them they’ll win the league, I really believe that. Mo (Micheal Owen) is right, Chelsea are too young but maybe in two years’ time, they will be there.”
