Ex-NDDC director, Tuoyo Omatsuli, rearraigned for alleged N3.6bn fraud

Omatsuli was rearraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, alongside one Francis Momoh, Don Parker Properties Limited and Building Associates Limited over an amended 46-count charge bordering on conspiracy and money laundering to the tune of over N3,645,000,000 (Three Billion, Six Hundred and Forty-five Million Naira).
