The International Labour Orga­nization (ILO)’s Director-Gener­al, launched the first ever pro­gramme on living wages, along with International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC) General Secretary Luc Triangle, and In­ternational Organization of Em­ployers (IOE) Secretary-General Roberto Suárez Santos.
