Floods: NDDC to build multi-purpose emergency shelters

The Niger Delta Development Commission has announced plans to build six multi-purpose emergency shelters in Bayelsa, Delta, and Rivers states for Internally Displaced Persons, in preparation for the anticipated floods in the Niger Delta region. The Managing Director of the NDDC, Dr Samuel Ogbuku, disclosed this at a press conference at the NDDC headquarters in
