Gunmen have abducted a married woman, Nafisa Usman, from her residence in Gayi village, Kalgo Local Government Area of Kebbi State.

Family members reported that the assailants stormed her home at about 2:00 a.m on Friday, forcefully breaking into her room and whisking her away without inflicting harm on other occupants.

Efforts to get a statement from the Kebbi State Police Public Relations Officer, Nafiu Abubakar, were unsuccessful, as he neither answered calls nor responded to text messages at the time of filing this report.
