Herbalist arrested with corpse of 13-year-old girl

The police revealed that the victim Oriyomi Adegboyega got electrocuted at about 10:20 am on Thursday. But the mother was surprised to learn that her daughter's hands had been dismembered by their neighbor who is suspected to be an herbalist.
