Edo State Deputy Governor, Mr Dennis Idahosa, on Friday eulogised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu over his initiative, the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND), which he said had opened a vista of opportunities for the youths to pursue higher education irrespective of their background.
