Kate Henshaw calls out police officer who tried to arrest her after accusing her of driving against traffic (video)

Kate Henshaw has said some police officers, through their actions, are responsible for how the citizens view them. She said this while narrating how a police officer tried to arrest her for driving against traffic. The actress explained that she had been plying that route until today, when she noticed police vans stationed at the spot. She said she thought there was an event and the police were providing security.
