A ten-year-old, Tasi’u Abdullahi, has been murdered by kidnappers at the Rikkos community in the Jos North Local Government Area of Plateau State.
Abdullahi was said to have been killed after his parents paid N150,000 as part of the ransom demanded.
His lifeless body was however discovered in a sack on Friday near his family’s house.
The deceased’s uncle, Aliyu Muhammad, who spoke to journalists on Tuesday, said that the boy was kidnapped in front of his family house on Monday, December 16, after he was lured by unknown individuals.
The abductors contacted the family five days later, demanding a sum of N50,000 for the boy’s feeding and a ransom of N1m.
