Lagos plans French essay competition in schools

The Lagos State Government has unveiled plans to launch essay and quiz competitions in French, targeting public schools to engage students and encourage them to learn the language. The Commissioner for Basic and Secondary Education, Jamiu Ali-Balogun, made this announcement on Wednesday during the handing over of digital equipment at the Multilingual International Resource Centre
