The technical department of the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, is expected to witness a major shakeup with the contract of the director Augustine Eguavoen set to run out.
Eguavoen’s contract, and the other members of the technical committee will come to an end in September.
The former defender has headed the NFF technical department for the past five years following exit of former Super Eagles assistant coach, Ben Duamlong.
Eguavoen has also managed the Super Eagles twice on interim basis during the period.
According to Score Nigeria, he and his members have not enjoyed the support of top NFF officials.
There is expected to be intense lobbying for the positions.
