Nigerian gospel sensation Moses Bliss has addressed speculation about an alleged rift between himself and fellow gospel singer Ebuka Songs, describing the rumours as completely unfounded.
Speaking during an interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo, Moses Bliss dismissed claims of any rift or animosity between himself and Ebuka Songs. He stressed that his focus remains on pleasing God, not people’s opinions. He explained that while it’s natural to feel misunderstood at times, his intentions have always been driven by love and genuine goodwill.
“We’re humans, and you feel a certain way if people misconstrue your intentions. But I’m very concerned about impressing God. My intentions are pure, and everything is born out of love,” Bliss said.
He went on to praise Ebuka Songs, describing him as a talented and promising gospel act whose best years are still ahead. “Ebuka is a great guy. I think the world has not seen the best of him yet. He’s definitely not where he used to be and not how he met us. He is doing well for the kingdom and impacting a lot of lives. Seeing that alone, my joy is full. I don’t care what anybody thinks, I’m rejoicing and rooting for him,” he added.
Bliss’s comments put to rest growing online whispers about tension between the two gospel ministers. By this, he reaffirmed their shared mission of uplifting lives through music and faith.
