Muller snubs Ronaldo as he picks best XI legends from EPL, Bundesliga

Bayern Munich legend, Thomas Muller has snubbed Cristiano Ronaldo as he picked his best XI legends from Premier League and Bundesliga.

The German picked former teammate Franck Ribery over Ronaldo in a Premier League versus Bundesliga legends selection.

He showed his bias, picking mostly players he played with as only Premier League legend made his list.

In a recent interview with GOAL, the 35-year-old was asked to pick between two legends from both leagues, one from each league in every position on the pitch.

Muller, however, didn’t hide his biases throughout, with current manager Vincent Kompany the only Premier League legend to make his list.

In goal-post, Muller opted for Manuel Neuer over Petr Cech in goal.

In defence, he picked Kompany, David Alaba, Phillip Lahm, and Mats Hummels over the likes of Lucio, Ashley Cole, Kyle Walker, and Rio Ferdinand.

In midfield, the forward went with Michael Ballack, Bastian Schweinsteiger, and Thiago Alcantara over Yaya Toure, Steven Gerrard, and David Silva.

Finally, in the attack line, Muller opted for Ribery, Arjen Robben and Robert Lewandowski over Ronaldo, Gareth Bale and Thierry Henry.
