Diddy is facing new allegations of s3xual assault, as an anonymous accuser claims a career opportunity turned into a night of horror, according to a lawsuit filed Monday by attorney Tony Buzbee. The accuser, identified as John Doe, says he was an aspiring rapper and singer in 2015 when he performed at a Los Angeles nightclub. He alleges that Diddy attended the event with his entourage and bottles of Ciroc vodka. After his performance, the accuser claims he was invited to a VIP section with Diddy and other prominent artists, where drugs were being used. According to the lawsuit, someone handed him a drink reportedly sent by Diddy. Shortly after consuming it, he began feeling lightheaded and eventually blacked out. The accuser states he drifted in and out of consciousness, witnessing Diddy and others engaging in group s3x around him. The lawsuit includes an image of a container the accuser alleges Diddy used to dose drinks with GHB, commonly known as the "date rape drug." He claims he woke up at one point to find Diddy grabbing his genitals and believes the music mogul was performing oral s3x on him. When he tried to resist, the accuser alleges Diddy threatened to destroy his career. The accuser says he managed to escape after pretending to go to the bathroom when Diddy demanded he have s3x with a woman present in the room. He has filed a lawsuit against Diddy and Bad Boy Entertainment for s3xual battery and conspiracy. Diddys legal team responded, telling TMZ, "Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never s3xually assaulted or trafficked anyoneman or woman, adult or minor. The post
