Lobi Stars technical adviser, Daniel Amokachi, has expressed his disappointment with the outcome of his team’s clash with Kano Pillars.
The Pride of Makurdi were held to a 2-2 draw by Kano Pillars in a matchday 13 fixture at the Lafia City Stadium.
The hosts led 2-0 before Kano Pillars rallied to earn a share of the spoils.
Amokachi said that his team threw away valuable points in the game.
“The result is disappointing; we were two goals up, and we failed to hold on, which would have made the difference, but we threw them away; it’s sad,” Amokachi told Lobi Stars media.
Lobi Stars will travel to Enugu to play Rangers in their next game in the league.
