NPFL: Lönnström blames missed chances for Lobi Stars’ loss to Insurance

Lobi Stars head coach, Mika Lönnström has blamed missed chances for his team’s 1-0 loss to Bendel Insurance.

Isaac Annor’s 83rd minutes strike gave Bendel Insurance maximum points in the game.

Lönnström claimed his team played well in the game.

“We played well but failed to convert set pieces into goals. We’ll address these lapses in training,” he noted.

Lobi Stars dropped to 17th position on the table following the defeat.

Daniel Amokachi’s side will face Heartland in their next game.
