NPFL: Megwo delighted with Abia Warriors win against Plateau United

Abia Warriors forward, Sunday Megwo, has expressed happiness with his contribution to the team.

Megwo has turned out to be the talisman for Abia Warriors in this campaign.

He has registered three goals for the Imama Amapakabo’s side in the Nigeria Premier Football League(NPFL).

Megwo also believed that Sunday’s week eight victory over Plateau United will boost the confidence of the team.

“We knew this was a tough match against a strong opponent like Plateau United,” Megwo told NPFL media.

“But we were prepared and we played as a team.

“Everyone contributed to the victory, from the defenders to the attackers.

“We’re happy to get the three points and keep moving forward.”
