Okpebholo takes over Observer Printing Press from Obaseki’s consultant

It would be recalled that the State-owned newspaper, The Observer, was shut down on June 30 2022, by the then Governor Godwin Obaseki, who handed over its management to consultants, while he redeployed the staff to the Ministry of Information and Communication.
