Rivers man arrested for abduction, week long gang-rape of minor

Godwin alongside three accomplices who are currently at large, allegedly abducted the minor, and took turns raping her daily for over a week before she was rescued. Rivers Police Command’s spokesperson, SP Grace Iringe-Koko, told journalists in Port Harcourt on Friday that Godwin was currently in police custody. According to her, the suspect was apprehended by officers during a routine patrol along the Casablanca area of Government Residential Area (GRA), Port Harcourt.
