Eyebrows can be that one beauty step that either pulls everything together or completely throws you off. And if you’ve ever struggled with shaping, filling, or just figuring out where to start, you’re definitely not alone. Dimma Umeh is stepping in with a tutorial that makes the whole process feel way more doable.
In her latest video, she shares a beginner-friendly eyebrow routine using just a few essentials: brow glue, a dark brown brow pencil, a brow pen, and concealer.
She kicks things off by brushing the brows upwards with a spoolie. This step might seem simple, but it actually helps you see how your brow hairs naturally grow, making it easier to work with your real shape.
Next up is brow glue. She works it into the brows in circular motions, then brushes the hairs upward into place. This helps keep everything set and gives that lifted, structured finish.
Then comes the brow pencil. She starts by outlining the brows first, creating a clear shape, before filling them in with light, careful strokes. The goal here is definition without going overboard.
After that, she switches to a brow pen to draw tiny, hair-like strokes, especially in sparse areas. This helps fill in gaps and gives the brows a fuller appearance without making them look heavy.
To wrap things up, she applies concealer under the brows to define and clean up the edges. She recommends using a shade that’s one or two tones lighter than your skin tone, then blends it out with a brush for a smooth finish.
And just like that, you’ve got brows that are shaped, filled, and defined—without the stress.
