‘Tchiani exhibiting traits of desperate, sinking military dictator’

“Our contention is that Gen. Tchiani is simply exhibiting the traits of a desperate and sinking military dictator by making spurious allegations against Nigeria, the said in a statement signed by its Chairman, Malam Danjuma Muhammad, and Secretary, Chief Wale Adedayo.
