Ademola Lookman is set to make his final appearance for Atalanta on Sunday, DAILY POST reports.
Gian Piero Gasperini’s side will host strugglers Parma in the last game of the 2024/25 season at the Gewiss Stadium, Bergamo.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Atalanta are ready to listen to offers for the Nigeria international.
Lookman joined Atalanta from Bundesliga outfit RB Leipzig in 2022.
They are reportedly willing to sell the winger for around €40 million.
Lookman has scored 20 goals and provided seven assists in 39 games across all competitions this season.
