President of the United States of America, Donald Trump said the embattled Kilmar Abrego Garcia, whose pending deportation has generated controversy, has MS-13 tattooed on his knuckles.
He disclosed this in a viral interview with ABC News recently released by the Breaking111 X account on Wednesday.
His comments come amid the controversy that has trailed the deportation of Kilmar Abrego Garcia to a notorious Salvadoran prison by Trump’s administration’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement, ICE.
Recall that the US Supreme Court had ordered Kilmar Abrego Gracia’s return to the US from prison but the Trump’s administration had insisted that Kilmar Abrego Garcia was a member of the notorious gang, MS-13.
Also, the President of El Salvador, Nayib Bukele, in his remarks at the Oval Office on April 14, 2025, shoved off calls to return Abrego Garcia to the US.
In a fresh attack on the embattled Kilmar Abrego, Trump during an interview with ABC news stressed that he is a member of the MS-13 gang.
“[Kilmar Abrego Garcia] had MS-13 on his knuckles, tattooed.”, he said.
However, an ABC interviewer interjected saying, “He did not have the letters ‘MS-13.’ That was photoshopped.” In swift response during the interview, Trump said, “Do you want me to show you the picture?”
Trump continued, “He has M13 tattooed. He has MS as clear as it should be, not interpreted. This is why people no longer believe in the news because it is fake news. He got M13 on his knuckles”.
