Falz reveals the food choice that could end a relationship

Popular Nigerian rapper and actor, Folarin Falana, famously known as Falz, has stirred social media conversations after revealing his favorite meals and some unconventional food opinions.

Taking to X, the entertainer disclosed his deep love for plantain, boldly stating that any partner who doesn’t share his love for the dish would be a dealbreaker in a romantic relationship.

"Not liking plantain is serious grounds for break up," Falz declared, sending fans into a frenzy over his playful but firm stance.

The multi-talented rapper and lawyer also revealed that his ultimate go-to meal is boiled yam and fried eggs, a dish he claims he could eat every single day without getting bored.

However, Falz didn’t stop at his favorite food. He courted mild controversy by openly criticizing semo (semovita). He advised against eating it at any time of the day, cheekily adding, “It shouldn’t be food.”

His remarks quickly sparked mixed reactions online, with some fans defending semo and others backing his humorous take on Nigerian cuisine preferences.
